Zacatecas is located about four hours north of Guadalajara and it is a charming city.
Zacatecas, along with Morelia, is a UN World Heritage site.
These top photos are of the Quinta Real - the main reason I wanted to go to this city.
The hotel is built into an old bullring, and they did a beautiful job.
These are of the main cathedral, plus some other areas around the center.
We also took a lift that afforded us a beautiful view of the city below.
