Arlington, VA
We are staying on the 21st floor of an apartment building.  The location is great - we're just a few minutes from the District, lots of restaurants closeby, and Martin is very close to the Foreign Service Institute.

Here's the entrance to our apartment.  It actually has a name (The Rappahannock), as you can see above the door.  Must be an east coast thing.

Right as you enter the door is the foyer.  The first door on the left is the sweater/jacket closet.  The second set of doors open to the Barbie Doll washer/dryer and water heater.  Obviously, the kitchen is straight ahead and to the right is the living room.  To the left is the hallway leading to the bedrooms.  The first door on the right along the hallway is the bathroom.

Here's a shot of the kitchen and living room.  You can see the two doorways leading to and from the kitchen.

The kitchen's a standard ol' kitchen.  In the living room, you can see the fireplace and the doors leading to the patio.  The living room seems enormous in the picture, but really, it's the camera lens playing tricks.  It's still a decent size room though.  I placed the TV over by the right hand side wall.  The computer is at the desk very close to the TV.  The four drawer chest is over by the patio doors.  Luna's plastic table and chairs are at the left hand edge of the living room picture.

The left picture is obviously the reverse angle of the living room.  You can see beyond the balcony's edge what I was talking about - the roof of the building juts out from underneath our patio.  You can see it was a cloudy, drizzly day today.  Not too cold though.

Here's the washer/dryer from lilliput.

This is the hallway bathroom.

This is Luna's room.  The bookcase is at the left edge of the picture.

This is the master bedroom and the walk in closet.  I'm telling you - it'll be perfect for Justo!

The left hand photo is taken from the entrance door of the master bedroom.  As you enter the door, heading right leads to the bedroom while heading left heads to the bathroom and the walk-in closet.  Just past the right sink, you can see the edge of the doorway that leads to the toilet and the jacuzzi tub.  In the mirror, you can see a reflection of the walk-in closet as well as the master bedroom.

Views from our patio

These are the views from our balcony.  The mall can be seen in the far distance on the left.
